Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Process, Civil/Structural, or equivalent), with proven offshore oil & gas engineering experience on ADNOC projects (e.g., Zirku, Das Island, Upper/Lower Zakum).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering and engineering management roles within EPC oil & gas projects, including significant exposure to ADNOC offshore platforms, jackets, topsides, and brownfield modifications.
  • Strong experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering deliverables, including FEED, detailed engineering, design reviews, constructability, HAZID/HAZOP support, and interface management between onshore and offshore teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ADNOC engineering standards, international codes (API, ASME, IEC, ISO), and offshore design practices, with hands‑on involvement in managing technical queries (TQs), deviations, and management of change (MOC).
  • Proven ability to manage engineering schedules, resources, and deliverables in line with project milestones, supporting procurement, fabrication, offshore installation, and commissioning readiness.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
    Arabic is an advantage, with strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills suitable for ADNOC and EPC environments.
Position Objective
  • To lead and coordinate all engineering activities for ADNOC offshore EPC projects, ensuring effective integration between disciplines, compliance with ADNOC standards, and alignment with project scope, schedule, and execution strategy.
  • To manage multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, civil/structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation) ensuring timely delivery of engineering deliverables to support offshore fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
  • To act as the primary engineering interface between ADNOC, Project Management, Procurement, Construction, and offshore execution teams, driving technical issue resolution, design optimization, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
