Lead Field Engineer- Pipeline

We are looking for a Lead Field Engineer - Pipeline for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Site based – Flexible to work on several sites in UAE

Work Schedule: Working on site will be 8 to 10‑hour shifts – 6 days per week

Contract Duration: 12 months – extendable based on project requirement

• 15 years & above of experience in the field.
• Site experience is a must.
• Experience with ADNOC on site and ADNOC approved is highly preferred.
• Requiring maximum one month notice.
• Worked for EPCM Oil and gas companies for minimum 3 years.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
• Master’s degree in relevant engineering discipline is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential.

• Oversee and coordinate piping design and installation activities on large-scale engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project timelines throughout the construction process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address technical challenges and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
• Conduct on-site inspections to maintain high-quality standards in piping fabrication and installation.
• Foster a safe working environment by promoting safety best practices and protocols among team members.
• Leverage problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
