The Mechanical Project Engineer (HVAC) will be responsible for the design, review, coordination, and site execution of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and associated mechanical services. The role involves performing load calculations, duct sizing, and equipment selection using industry-standard software such as HAP, Ductulator, AutoCAD, and Revit. The engineer will ensure full compliance with project specifications, ADNOC requirements, ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW144, and local authority standards.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements; coordinating with MEP and civil teams to resolve design and site-related issues; supervising HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities; conducting site inspections to ensure works meet approved drawings and quality standards; supporting procurement through material requisitions and vendor quotation reviews; preparing progress reports; attending coordination meetings; and ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements throughout all project stages.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC design, installation, and site supervision
• Mandatory UAE experience with ADNOC projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment selection, and international standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office; HAP experience preferred
• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage site teams and deliver projects within schedule and budget
