A global leader in workforce solutions is seeking an Estimation Manager – Infrastructure to oversee the pre-contract estimation and tendering function for major projects. The role requires leading teams, driving competitive bids, and ensuring risk-aware pricing. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and have over 15 years of estimation experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.

Familiarity with UAE tendering processes is highly preferred.
