Senior Project Manager - Road & Infrastructure | UAE

As a Senior Project Manager – Road and Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale civil construction projects from initiation through completion. The role requires full ownership of project execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, contractual obligations, and client expectations.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, construction, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure full technical and contractual compliance.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources.
• Lead site teams and enforce strict adherence to HSE and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain progress and cost control.
• Review and approve technical submittals, material approvals, and progress reports.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 18 years of experience in road and infrastructure construction projects.
• Previous experience in the UAE or other GCC countries is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete and foundation design, soil improvement, cable trenching, water‑proofing, and substation building works.
• Familiarity with relevant standards (ACI, BS, ASTM, IEC).
• PMP or construction management certification is an advantage.
• Solid leadership, delegation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
