Commissioning Supervisor – Solar PV Project Position Summary
Responsible for supervising and coordinating commissioning and energization activities, ensuring the plant is safely tested, commissioned, and handed over in compliance with contractual and grid requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Review and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with EPC and grid operator.
- Supervise functional testing, performance testing, and energization.
- Ensure all commissioning documentation and test records are completed.
- Support resolution of commissioning issues and punch‑list items.
- Assist with final handover and readiness for commercial operation.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical or Power Engineering.
- 5 years’ experience in commissioning of Solar PV or power plants.
- Experience with grid compliance testing and performance testing.
- Strong coordination and reporting skills.
- Resident option:
Full‑time during commissioning phase - Ad‑hoc option:
Mobilized during defined commissioning windows
