Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in the construction field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design, fire‑fighting systems, and plumbing design
- Proven UAE experience is mandatory
- Ability to design and size ductwork and AC equipment
- Experience managing foremen, site manpower, and subcontractors
- A proven track record of completed construction projects clearly mentioned in the CV
- Hands‑on experience in preparing:
Shop drawings, Method statements, Material submittals, Material requisitions - Ideal candidates will have strong site coordination skills and experience working with main contractors or MEP contractors on medium to large‑scale projects.
