Electrical Field Engineer - Site (Habshan) The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Electrical Engineer with a proven track record in field engineering and designing for a high-profile client.
Key Objectives For This Role Are- Electrical design and field engineering
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in design and field engineering
- Conducting risk assessments and system evaluations to maintain integrity and reliability
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including construction and maintenance
- Involve in the design and development of greenfield and/or brownfield large oil and gas projects
- Establish design basis, technical specifications/philosophies, work scope/tender documents/narratives
- Review design and checking calculations
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas EPC projects
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, multi‑tasking and flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast‑paced multi‑disciplinary team environment
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and written with other disciplines & multinational work forces in an effective manner
- Knowledge of engineering work planning and control methods
- Knowledge of inter‑discipline coordination
- Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved
