Technician Building Management Systems

What you will do

Join Johnson Controls as a Technician specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS). You’ll be part of a dynamic team handling service maintenance and retrofit projects across commercial retail Data Centers and hospitality sectors. This role involves onsite system verification preventive maintenance testing and commissioning of fit-out projects.

• Install commission and maintain Direct Digital Control (DDC) controllers and field devices.

• Program controllers and integrate HVAC control systems.

• Handle emergency breakdowns and customer calls professionally.

• Conduct system operation training and prepare handover documentation.

• Generate monthly/quarterly Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) reports and schedules.

• Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.

• 2 years of Building Management Systems installation commissioning and servicing experience.

• Proficient in reading blueprints diagrams and specifications.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Commitment to safety standards.

• Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys System.

• Familiarity with CCT programming languages.

• Knowledge of MS Word & Excel Power Point.
