What you will do
Join Johnson Controls as a Technician specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS). You’ll be part of a dynamic team handling service maintenance and retrofit projects across commercial retail Data Centers and hospitality sectors. This role involves onsite system verification preventive maintenance testing and commissioning of fit-out projects.
How you will do itInstall commission and maintain Direct Digital Control (DDC) controllers and field devices.
Program controllers and integrate HVAC control systems.
Handle emergency breakdowns and customer calls professionally.
Conduct system operation training and prepare handover documentation.
Generate monthly/quarterly Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) reports and schedules.
Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
2 years of Building Management Systems installation commissioning and servicing experience.
Proficient in reading blueprints diagrams and specifications.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Commitment to safety standards.
Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys System.
Familiarity with CCT programming languages.
Knowledge of MS Word & Excel Power Point.
