• Provide guidance to the commissioning team, EPC contractor, and sub‑contractors within your area of responsibility for sales gas & condensate commissioning.
• Coordinate with licensors and vendors to ensure close monitoring of commissioning activities in line with their guiding procedures.
• Ensure progress of commissioning activities for sales gas and condensate areas.
• Review pre‑commissioning and commissioning procedures and provide required advice and support for the Senior Commissioning Manager.
• Review commissioning manuals issued by EPC contractors or vendors and verify mechanical completion certificate requirements for various systems and subsystems.
• Participate in commissioning meetings and other related meetings.
• Participate in troubleshooting analysis to resolve commissioning obstacles.
• Verify readiness of systems/subsystems for mechanical completion (MC) and RFSU certificate issuance.
• Monitor and approve close‑out of punch lists in your area to ensure completion and handover methodology proceeds in compliance with related contractual documents.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Required).
• Minimum of twenty‑five (25) years of relevant experience in commissioning / operation readiness positions, with preference for experience in the GCC region.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a similar position on Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, with preference for commissioning of sour gas, hydrogen production, and hydro‑desulfurization projects.
• Onshore site experience in mega EPC projects in Abu Dhabi.
