Fitout Project Engineer; MEP

Responsibilities

Managing and supervising all MEP works, including
HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, and electrical installations
.

Coordinating with
consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project timelines.

Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to maintain quality and design standards.

Monitoring site activities and ensuring that all MEP works meet
health, safety, and environmental standards
.

Supporting project planning, cost estimation, and resource management to ensure project efficiency.

Bachelor’s Degree
in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in interior fit-out projects, specifically managing MEP works.

Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage subcontractors effectively.

Strong knowledge of
MEP systems
, construction processes, and local authority regulations.

Excellent
project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
