Job Summary:
KN International is seeking a Resident Engineer to lead and oversee infrastructure, landscape (softscape and hardscape)
projects in the Western Region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UAE infrastructure works , with strong leadership ,
project management , and client communication skills . This role requires ensuring quality ,
safety , and compliance with regulatory standards while delivering projects successfully and on schedule.
- Take overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned infrastructure projects .
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, inspectors, and technical staff.
- Implement and enforce quality control and assurance measures .
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial control.
- Develop and manage project schedules , ensuring critical milestones are met.
- Maintain regular communication with clients ,
stakeholders , and authorities. - Apply technical expertise across infrastructure works.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies .
- Ensure projects comply with local regulations ,
codes , and industry standards . - Maintain accurate project documentation including reports ,
change orders , and inspections .
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (
Master’s degree preferred). - Professional Engineering (PE) license in the UAE.
- Min. 15 years of experience in UAE infrastructure projects .
- Strong leadership, team management, and client-facing skills .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (Fluent in Arabic & English).
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of UAE local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects .
- Willing to work in Liwa, Western Region, Abu Dhabi .
