Job Description:
The role involves monitoring project costs, evaluating variations, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements and project controls procedures.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project budgets, cost estimates, and cost control reports
Monitor project expenditures and analyze cost variances
Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow reports, and progress updates
Review contractor cost submissions, variations, and claims
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, procedures, and reporting requirements
Coordinate with planning, contracts, and project management teams
Support change management and cost-related decision-making
Maintain accurate cost records and documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
Proven experience working in a PMC or consultancy environment
Prior ADNOC project experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of cost control systems and project controls
Good communication and analytical skills
