We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sr. Offshore Construction Engineer (Hook-up) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hook-up and commissioning activities of offshore oil and gas projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Lead and manage the hook-up and commissioning activities for offshore oil and gas projects.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and procedures.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any risks or issues and proposing solutions.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, HSE regulations, and industry standards.
• Review and approve project documentation, including procedures, drawings, and reports.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and provide guidance to the construction team.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to project management.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and construction personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore oil and gas construction, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of offshore construction techniques, including hook-up and commissioning.
• Experience working on EPC projects in the oil and gas industry.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work on offshore platforms for extended periods of time.
