Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced structural engineer with a proven track record in field engineering and design. The successful candidate will develop civil and structural designs, lead field activities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and system evaluations.
- Collaborate with construction and maintenance teams.
- Implement innovative solutions to optimize performance and reduce costs.
- Develop civil and structural design and field engineering for greenfield and brownfield Oil & Gas projects.
- Establish design basis, technical specifications, work scope, and tender documents.
- Review plant layouts, roads, drainage systems, and general arrangements.
- Check calculations, detail drawings, 3D models, and material take‑offs.
- Interpret topographical and geotechnical reports.
- Design underground services, architectural, modular, and prefabricated structures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Evaluate supplier/subcontractor technical bids.
- Review vendor drawings and other discipline outputs for adequacy.
- Optimize design solutions within budget constraints.
- Prepare and review civil materials technical reports, method statements, and vendor clarifications.
- Identify technical issues, propose alternatives, and document decisions.
- Allocate tasks, provide guidance, and issue clear directions.
- Develop project schedules, track timelines, and monitor civil deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering managers, procurement, and construction disciplines.
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and meet quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, initiative, and analytical skills.
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Hands‑on experience with STAAD Pro, Mat 3D, Foundation 3D, PROKON, 3D Model Review Tools (SPR & Navis Works), and MS Office Suite.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, multi‑tasking, and flexible to work under tight schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of engineering work planning and control methods.
- Knowledge of inter‑discipline coordination.
- Knowledge of construction practices and related economics.
