Job Description:
Project Manager - Roads and Transportation
Location: Abu Dhabi
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Client to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for candidates with substantial experience in managing roads and transportation projects, particularly those with a value of up to $200 million, in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) capacity.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing and managing assigned component projects.Develop the scope of works and prepare comprehensive project plans.Establish and monitor project programs, ensuring integration of requirements across all functions.Oversee the execution of projects, manage budgets, and handle invoices.Ensure timely project delivery and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders.Liaise with authorities, entities, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.Well versed in Projects Control, Contracts and Commercial aspects of the Projects.Attend Meetings with the Client, Consultants and Contractors to ensure the successful delivery of the Projects.Liaison with the Authorities, Consultants and Contractors to resolve issues hindering works.Identify risks, opportunities and mitigations.What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience.Proactive personality with a strong ability to resolve design and construction issues to support project delivery.Proven experience in liaising with authorities, entities, and stakeholders.Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.Excellent writing and presentation skills.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/None
