Abu Dhabi, Process Engineer Manufacturing

We're seeking a Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual responsible for the full lifecycle of part and assembly production, from initial process development to final quality control.

• Develop and optimize technological processes for the production of parts and assemblies.
• Design and create detailed 3D and 2D engineering drawings for manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Adjust and maintain design documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with production standards.
• Prepare design and technical documentation for placing orders with suppliers in China and the United Arab Emirates.
• Resolve technological and quality issues promptly with suppliers via various communication platforms, including email, Whats App, and WeChat.
• Coordinate changes and deviations in material quality with suppliers to ensure product integrity.
• Account for cutting and measuring tools, managing inventory and availability.
• Accept parts from quality control, identifying and eliminating any deviations.
• Provide technical support and the necessary measuring tools and equipment to the production team.
• Visit laboratories in the UAE to manage the calibration of measuring tools.
• Search for and purchase measuring tools, cutting tools, consumables, raw materials, and various equipment
• Visit contractors in the UAE to conduct personal meetings and resolve technological issues.
• Conduct hydrotesting with contractors in the UAE to ensure product performance and safety standards are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing) or equivalent from a recognised institute or university.
• Experience:
  
  5+ years of professional experience in a similar process engineering or manufacturing role.
• Software Proficiency:
  Proven ability to work with KOMPAS, Inventor, and IPS software.
• Technical Acumen:
  Strong capability to read, understand, and work with complex technical and design documentation.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Advanced PC user with a solid understanding of relevant software and tools.
