The Roads & Pavement Expert serves as a specialist in roadway design and construction for major transportation infrastructure projects. The role focuses on ensuring that pavement designs meet performance durability and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review the EPC Contractors pavement design to confirm its suitability for expected traffic loads climatic conditions and design life.
• Verify that proposed construction methods materials and workmanship comply with relevant quality safety and technical standards.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of UAE codes standards and regulations governing transportation infrastructure.
• Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize pavement design while considering long-term Operation & Maintenance (O&M) requirements.
• Support coordination between design and construction teams to ensure constructability performance and lifecycle durability of roadway assets.
• Participate in design and progress reviews to ensure alignment with project objectives and sustainability goals.

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field
• Minimum 10
  -15 years of experience in road and pavement design and construction preferably on large-scale infrastructure or PPP projects.
• Proven expertise in pavement materials design methodologies and performance-based specifications.
• Strong familiarity with UAE and international standards (AASHTO ASTM BS or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical coordination and communication skills.
