As a Hygiene/ EHS Coordinator
, you will support the implementation and monitoring of hygiene, food safety, and environmental health and safety standards across the hotel. You will assist in ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, HACCP requirements, and corporate policies. You will build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within quality assurance, risk management, and compliance leadership.

• Assisting in monitoring hygiene, food safety, and EHS compliance across all operational departments.
• Supporting internal audits, inspections, and corrective action plans in line with HACCP and UAE regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation related to hygiene and EHS standards.
• Coordinating training sessions and awareness programs on hygiene, safety, and environmental practices.
• Acting as a liaison between operational teams on EHS-related matters.

• Basic understanding of hygiene, food safety, or EHS standards, or strong willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with operational teams.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
