Overview
Aldar Education are currently seeking an outstanding Key Stage Leader for The Pearl British Academy in Abu Dhabi to join in Academic Year 2026/2027.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful Aldar family.
Responsibilities- Lead a Key Stage within the English National Curriculum, ensuring progress for all learners.
- Demonstrate secure knowledge of teaching and leading a phase in the English National Curriculum.
- Implement effective strategies to raise standards and plug gaps in learning to ensure outstanding progress for all.
- Collaborate with colleagues and be effective in working collaboratively in a team.
- Proven track record of implementing strategies to raise standards and plug gaps in learning.
- Leadership skills/experiences at a variety of levels.
- Ability to align with core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region.
