Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Junior Instructional Designer to support the development of engaging digital learning content for a large-scale education platform forhigh-school students.
This role is ideal for someone early in their instructional design career.
Who wants hands-on experience designing courses, activities, and assessmentsalongside senior learning professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support thedesign and development of digital courses and learning activities
- Assist in building course outlines, storyboards, and assessment items
- Review and organize content from external vendors
- Help implementlearning content within the LMS
- Conduct QAchecks for accuracy, clarity, and learner experience
- Supportrevisions based on feedback from senior designers
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or education
- Academicbackground in education, instructional design, learning sciences, orrelated fields
- Understanding of learning outcomes and assessment basics
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Rise, Canva, Genially, H5P)
- Exposure to LMSplatforms
- Interest incareer education, student pathways, or digital learning
- Willingness tolearn and grow in a fast-paced environment
