Aldar Education is seeking an Assistant Manager - Learning & Development based in our HQ. The Assistant Manager - Learning & Development plays a critical support role within the Learning & Development function, enabling the effective design, delivery, and execution of Aldar Education’s learning strategy. The role focuses on digital learning enablement, content creation, and technology‑driven learning solutions, supporting the Learning & Development team across Talent Hub, LMS/LXP administration, and programme delivery.

This role is ideal for a highly tech‑savvy, creative, and digitally fluent professional who is passionate about learning innovation, multimedia content, and user experience in large‑scale education environments.
