Job Description
- Develop and deliver evidence‑based gifted enrichment programs in various areas, including STEM and STEAM.
- Conduct screening and initial assessments of gifted/talented learners to identify their areas of strength.
- Design and oversee the implementation of Advanced Learning Plans (ALPs) for gifted and talented learners.
- Engage families as strategic partners to shape and sustain optimal learning pathways for gifted and talented learners.
- Offer professional development in the area of talent development.
- Lead community outreach and awareness initiatives related to gifted/talented education.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required (e.g., Special Education, Gifted Education, Educational Psychology).
Preferred QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in a related field is required (e.g., Special Education, Gifted Education, Educational Psychology and robotics engineering), with preference given to candidates holding a master’s degree in Gifted Education. Professional certification in gifted education, enrichment programming, or assessment is considered a strong advantage and enhances the candidate’s suitability for the role.
Expected SkillsA minimum of 7 years of experience teaching gifted and talented learners is required.
Salary Range18,000
