Our client is a group of 5 campuses located in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah.
The school is looking for highly qualified and experienced teachers of elementary education to join for the next academic year. The school requires teachers to have a stable track record of education with little or no supply work, demonstrating commitment in their employment record.
The school delivers the USA Common Core and the IB curriculum to mainly local Emirati students to enable them to pursue higher education and compete at an international level. Campuses are accredited by Advanc
ED and the International Baccalaureate, and the school also offers the American High Scope programme.

B.Ed in primary education or elementary education - A valid state teaching license
- A clean criminal police check
- Two confidential references on letterhead from previous line managers
- At least 2‑year full‑time work experience
- Western trained
- High command of written and spoken English
- Adaptability to the working culture in the UAE
- Arabic speaking beneficial but not essential
- Knowledgeable of effective teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, standards‑based instruction, and strong content knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, decision making and relationship building skills
- Understanding and use of Standards‑Based teaching and assessment practices in the classroom
- Student‑centred in delivery of instruction
- Use of assessment data to design differentiated instruction based on individual and group needs
- Use of technology to advance learning, manage information and deliver instruction effectively
- Culturally competent and aware of the cultural norms of the UAE
- Salary range, dependent upon years of experience and qualification:
AED 12,100 to 15,675 per month

Application Requirements
- Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed,
B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification - Experience:
2 Years - Western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
- Native speaker of English
- Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
- Prefer candidates with international experience
- Experience of the IB Curriculum beneficial but not essential; training will be given
- Experience of USA Curriculum such as American Harcourt, AP and Common Core highly valued
- Experience working in the Middle East or with non‑native speakers of English beneficial
