• Design engaging and fun activities that promote all aspects of a child s development – from thinking and learning to social skills and physical growth.

• A passionate individual with a Cache L3 qualification or higher (or a Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field, with a Master s degree a plus).
• Proven experience as a Nursery Teacher or similar role.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with children and parents.
