Key Responsibilities
* Lead on behaviour, attendance, and punctuality, ensuring updated policies are in place.
* Lead safeguarding efforts and fulfill the role of Child Protection Officer.
* Support the school’s approach to personalized learning and teaching.
* Contribute to the development of school policies and monitor their implementation.
* Manage relevant budgets allocated to the Assistant Principal.
* Promote teamwork and motivate staff to ensure effective working relations.## Requirements
* Bachelor Degree in Education or
B.Sc degree with PGCE is essential.
* Desirable Master’s degree.
* At least 6 years’ experience, including 4 consecutive years teaching performance exceeds standards.
* At least 2 years’ experience in middle leadership role.
* Ability to work with data to diagnose, intervene, and evaluate impact upon learning.## Benefits
