CP Coordinator, Raha Gardens Campus

Role summary

The CP Coordinator is part of the pedagogical leadership team and leads the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of the IBCP. The post ensures the programme is planned, taught and assessed collaboratively, in line with IB Standards & Practices, Taaleem expectations and UAE requirements, while supporting students, staff and parents through the CP journey.

• Lead CP programme development, implementation and readiness for IB requirements / accreditation processes.
• Coordinate CP curriculum documentation (CP Core, career-related study assessment plan, alignment with DP subjects).
• Ensure required IB policies are reviewed and implemented (language, assessment, academic honesty, IT—aligned with other IB coordinators).
• Build staff capacity: training, CP-specific CPD planning, communicating updates to regulations and practices.
• Student recruitment and pathways: support admissions/marketing, parent information sessions, guidance for student subject selections and CP expectations.
• Student support: academic honesty, deadlines, assessment coordination, university/careers liaison, student wellbeing advocacy.
• Community partnerships: links with IB regional office, universities/colleges, and external partners for placements/work experience opportunities.
