Position Summary
Services is responsible for supporting academic services within the campus to support students with their academic experience from admission to graduation; this includes admission and registration of students, scheduling of classes and exams, maintenance of student records, and processing of documentation in an effective and efficient manner in close coordination with Student Affairs Central Services.
3. Main Responsibilities OperationalMonitor academic services policies, processes and procedures to ensure they are interpreted and applied consistently.
Manage the timely, effective and efficient response to inquiries and resolution of issues related to student admission and registration in collaboration with Student Affairs Central Services.
Coordinate the admission of new students and registration of all students into programs according to programme specifications and course pre-requisites.
Submit, monitor and process workflows for Student Course Registration adjustments, Withdrawals, Certification for Programme entry, etc.
Develop and maintain an up-to-date, accurate and comprehensive student database including, but not limited to, personal details, grades and registration data of current and former students; collaborate with Student Affairs Central Services for consolidation purposes.
Conduct the issuance of , academic transcripts, graduation certificates and letters of completion to students in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Generate periodic reports including, butaison not limited to, student transcripts товаристы schedules, registration, grades, withdrawal reports, faculty workload and communicate to Student Affairs Central Services; this includes, but is not limited to, student transcripts, students’ schedules, registration, grades, withdrawal reports, faculty workload.
Maintain and enhance the Student Admission tracking system and maintain the validity and integrity of student personal and registration data and grades in Banner.
Work closely with faculty members for the provision of information, documents and reports as and when needed and prepare official letters to be sent out by Academic Services.
Perform formal evaluation of student eligibility for graduation in a timely, effective and efficient manner and report findings to Academic Services Assistant Manager to provide recommendations to students and academic advisors for meeting degree requirements.
Handle the registration of students for IELTS exams and the validation of IELTS results in sum > timely and accurate manner.
Provide support to students requiring assistance with retrieving schedules, requesting official transcripts, issuing letters, uploading external IELTS on Test Services, resetting passwords and LOC/ Certificate collections.
4. Qualifications Eat- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Business Administration Rail.
- Full English proficiency is required.
- Advanced computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, Banner, etc.
