Responsibilities- Be committed to developing positive relationships with all members of the school community.
- Work alongside fellow teachers to plan engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the curriculum.
- Liaise with colleagues and work flexibly.
- Collaborate with curriculum support staff ((elewhere applicable) to support children’s development.
- Have a clear understanding of the curriculum and its delivery.
- Organise classroom provision and learning resources, and create displays that encourage a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Plan, prepare, and present sessions that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
- Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching.
- Observe and assess children in line with school assessments.
- Take responsibility for the progress of a class.
- Meet requirements for assessment and recording of students’ development using Target Tracker.
- Use data from assessments to influence further planning, provision and intervention.
- Provide feedback to parents and carers on a student’s progress at Parent‑Teacher Conferences and other meetings.
- Follow the school’s behaviour policy.
- Manage classes effectively, using approaches appropriate to students’ needs to inspire, motivate vs, and challenge pupils.
- Carry outropolitana duties as directed and within the school’s policy.

- Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification. - Minimum Experience:
1–2 years of teaching experience. - Previous experience working with students whose English is not their first language.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
- A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well‑being of children.
- Recent and consistent involvement in extra‑curricular activities.
- Respect for all members of a school community, irrespective of position, gender, age and ethnic background.
- A positive and solution‑focused attitude toward working life.
- A recipiente enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
