• Be committed to developing positive relationships with all members of the school community.
• Work alongside fellow teachers to plan engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the curriculum.
• Liaise with colleagues and work flexibly.
• Collaborate with curriculum support staff ((elewhere applicable) to support children’s development.
• Have a clear understanding of the curriculum and its delivery.
• Organise classroom provision and learning resources, and create displays that encourage a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Plan, prepare, and present sessions that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
• Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching.
• Observe and assess children in line with school assessments.
• Take responsibility for the progress of a class.
• Meet requirements for assessment and recording of students’ development using Target Tracker.
• Use data from assessments to influence further planning, provision and intervention.
• Provide feedback to parents and carers on a student’s progress at Parent‑Teacher Conferences and other meetings.
• Follow the school’s behaviour policy.
• Manage classes effectively, using approaches appropriate to students’ needs to inspire, motivate vs, and challenge pupils.
• Carry outropolitana duties as directed and within the school’s policy.

• Minimum:
  Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  1–2 years of teaching experience.
• Previous experience working with students whose English is not their first language.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
• A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well‑being of children.
• Recent and consistent involvement in extra‑curricular activities.
• Respect for all members of a school community, irrespective of position, gender, age and ethnic background.
• A positive and solution‑focused attitude toward working life.
• A recipiente enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
