• Enforce all safety and security rules, policies, and directives. Advise the Chief Instructor on all course development and delivery functions.
• Advise the Chief Instructor on student progress and performance.
• Deliver classroom and workshop training in all Civil Engineering related subjects.
• Design, develop, and analyze courses in accordance with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT).
• Utilize coaching and remedial training methods to ensure high graduation rates and test scores.
• Serve as a primary and alternate instructor for workshop and classroom presentations.
• Practice effective time management in all training activities.
• Ensure all equipment, supplies, and computers are properly maintained and accounted for.
• Design, develop, maintain, and improve instructional materials including lesson plans, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Attend conferences, workshops, demonstrations, and training programs to stay updated on current instructional techniques and training technology.
• Support faculty members in their roles.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all company information.
• Perform other duties as required by the Chief Instructor and the Director, Technical Training School.

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Graduate of a recognized school or military training program in Mechanical Engineering is also preferred.
• At least four years of experience as an instructor in engineering/construction subjects.
• Military experience of two years or more is advantageous.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver’s license.

• Experience with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) or ISO 10015 is an advantage.
• Excellent writing skills for preparing studies, briefings, or doctrinal literature.
• Ability to conduct analysis and develop performance-oriented instruction and lesson plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
