• Acts as a liaison between the faculty, the Department of Admissions and Registration, and the student advising unit to provide students with accurate and timely information in response to their queries.
• Assists students with admission and registration related problems.
• Counsels and provides advice to students regarding the courses offered by the faculty.
• Collates and receives student results, sends them to the Admissions and Registration Department, and prepares statistics detailing student results and status.
• Handles and resolves student queries and problems, providing the correct information.
• Prepares academic schedules and inputs academic plans into the student information system.
• Records course syllabus offered by the college according to the credit hour system.
• Tracks clearance forms for all students.
• Delivers orientation and induction plans for new students.
• Conducts initial meetings with students accused of misconduct.
• Communicates and advises students on issues related to academic performance and attendance.
• Processes requests for student transfers in accordance with university regulations.
• Administers Critical skills exams.
• Assists students with the preparation of their academic plans and follows up to ensure compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

• Baccalaureate Degree.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of one foreign language, preferably English.

• UAEU law graduate student with an excellent GPA.
