You will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to children, ensuring their health and well-being through expert diagnosis and treatment.

• Lead the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of pediatric patients with various health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and patient needs.
• Provide preventive care, including well-child visits, immunizations, and developmental assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Guide and mentor junior medical staff, their skills and knowledge in pediatric practice.
• Engage with families, providing education and support regarding child health and development.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research and medical education.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with hospital policies.

• MD/DO degree with completion of a pediatric residency program.
• Board certification in Pediatrics is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a pediatric setting, with leadership experience preferred.
• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE or eligibility for licensure.
• In-depth knowledge of pediatric healthcare protocols and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on family engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and healthcare technology.
• Commitment to professional development and staying current with advances in pediatric medicine.
