As a Junior Consultant, you will assist in the management of critically ill patients, participate in decision‑making processes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality patient care. Responsibilities- Assist in the assessment and management of patients in the intensive care unit (ICU).
- Collaborate with senior consultants to create and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct routine monitoring of patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Support in administering medications and performing necessary procedures as directed.
- Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support throughout the treatment process.
- Contribute to the documentation of patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in training and continuing education opportunities to enhance medical knowledge and skills.
- Medical degree with completion of an internship in a relevant field.
- Desire to specialize in Intensive Care Medicine with an initial foundation in clinical practice.
- Strong interest in critical care and the ability to quickly adapt to high‑stress situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Detail‑oriented approach with strong organizational skills.

- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
