Clinical Genetics Physician

Our company is seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Genetics Physician to become a key member of our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care for patients suspected of having genetic disorders, utilize your expertise to interpret complex genetic information, and offer compassionate counseling to patients and their families. Your contribution will be vital in guiding and supporting individuals through their genetic health journeys.

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and family histories to identify genetic disorders.
• Analyze and interpret genetic test results, delivering findings to patients with clarity and compassion.
• Create individualized management plans based on genetic assessments and overall patient health.
• Provide pre- and post-test genetic counseling to discuss implications and options with patients and families.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to research initiatives within the field.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) with a focus on Clinical Genetics.
• Board certification in Clinical Genetics is required.
• Active license to practice medicine in the state.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical genetics or a related specialty.
• Strong knowledge of genetic testing, counseling, and clinical diagnostics.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
