AED/yr – AED1,/yr
Responsibilities- Perform complex surgical procedures on the abdomen and its organs, addressing both elective and emergency cases
- Evaluate patient histories and diagnostic imaging to formulate effective treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with other specialists, including gastroenterologists and oncologists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage all aspects of pre‑operative and post‑operative care for patients undergoing visceral surgery
- Educate patients and their families about surgical options, recovery processes, and potential complications
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation for all surgeries and patient encounters
- Stay updated on advancements in visceral surgery techniques and best practices to enhance patient care
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Visceral Surgery
- Board certification in General Surgery with additional qualifications in Visceral Surgery
- Current medical license to practice in the Gulf region
- Extensive experience in performing visceral surgical procedures
- Comprehensive understanding of visceral anatomy, surgical techniques, and postoperative care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team‑based healthcare environment and manage high‑stress situations proficiently
