We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Pediatric Rheumatologist to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Job Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations, review of medical history, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with rheumatic diseases, taking into account their age, medical history, and symptoms.
- Prescribe and administer appropriate medication and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Provide support and education to patients and their families, empowering them to manage their conditions effectively.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals—specialists, nurses, and therapists—to deliver comprehensive care for complex conditions.
- Participate in medical research and contribute to the development of new treatments and best practices in pediatric rheumatology.
- Guide and supervise junior medical staff, and participate in training and educational activities.
- A medical degree from an accredited institution and relevant specialty certification.
- Western‑trained, with experience in leading healthcare environments.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatric Rheumatologist in a reputable facility.
- Extensive knowledge of pediatric rheumatic diseases and their diagnosis, treatment, and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- A positive and collaborative attitude with a commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care.
