We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pediatric Emergency Consultant to join our rapidly growing client's team in Abu Dhabi. As a consultant in pediatric emergency, your main responsibility will be to provide prompt and effective medical care to children in emergencies, collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and appropriate medical care to pediatric patients in emergency situations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric emergencies, including trauma, respiratory distress, and other acute conditions.
- Perform critical procedures such as intubation and chest drainage in a safe and effective manner.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain treatment options and promote understanding.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
- Medical degree from an accredited university.
- Board certification in pediatric emergency medicine.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant in pediatric emergency.
- Proven track record of providing high‑quality medical care in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic is a plus. - Candidates must have Western education or training.
