Principal Interior Design Engineer
We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Interior Design Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi and lead the delivery of complex, high‑end interior design projects across Mixed‑Use, Hospitality, and Residential developments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the interior design process from concept to completion for large‑scale, high‑profile projects.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documentation in line with local authority regulations and project standards.
- Work closely with Architects, MEP Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure seamless integration and resolve complex design challenges.
- Act as the primary technical interface with clients, ensuring design intent aligns with project vision and expectations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Must have 10+ years of experience (minimum 5 years in UAE).
- Must have experience in Engineering Consultant or Architectural companies.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of sustainable design practices and local building codes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑value projects.
