Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of various projects, ranging from residential to commercial buildings. As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating detailed project plans and working collaboratively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet their requirements as well as regulatory standards.

You should have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of structural engineering, and proficiency in the latest architectural software. If you have a passion for sustainable design and a commitment to client satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs based on client specifications and visions.
• Prepare and present detailed project proposals including sketches and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with construction managers to ensure designs are executed accurately on-site.
• Research and apply building codes and regulations to all project phases.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to integrate mechanical, electrical, and structural elements.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to address any unforeseen challenges.
• Provide consultation and guidance to clients throughout the design and construction process.
• Research and implement sustainable design practices and materials in building projects.
• Ensure all architectural services provided meet highest industry standards and client expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, software, and innovations.
• Oversee and mentor junior architects and interns within the design team.
• Develop cost estimates and schedules for proposed projects and present them to clients.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed as an Architect in the state of employment.
