3D Visualizer​/Interior Designer

Job Summary

The 3D Visualizer is responsible for creating high-quality, realistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations to support architectural and engineering projects. This role transforms design concepts, sketches, and 2D drawings into visually compelling 3D models and presentations that effectively communicate the design intent to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

• Develop high-quality 3D models of architectural designs, including interiors, exteriors, and landscaping, based on 2D drawings, sketches, and other design information.
• Work closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects in line with the project timeline and budget constraints.
• Ensure all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible by collaborating with the designers and architects to understand project requirements.
• Produce photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and animations that effectively communicate design intent for client presentations.
• Keep up-to-date with relevant software advances and post-process visuals to enhance realism and atmosphere.
• Maintain a library of 3D assets and materials.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization with a strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
• Proficient in 3D modeling software such as Revit, 3ds Max, Sketch Up, or similar.
• Knowledge of rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona or Lumion and post-process visuals in tools like Photoshop and Canva.
• Excellent attention to detail and artistic ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
