Overview

. This is a full-time position, remote or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required.
- Architect the "Dual-Brand" Strategy to scale David Laroche’s personal brand while building Paradox’s company brand in a way that reinforces both.
- Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that push beyond traditional self-help conventions.
- Lead the Content Factory with creative authority; script, storyboard, and oversee the end-to-end delivery to ensure outputs meet the Paradox Standard of aesthetics and storytelling.
- Hire and onboard external talent (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) as needed to bring concepts to life.
- Coordinate on-set for David as the “Actor,” ensuring scripts, set, and direction enable a seamless performance with minimal production burden on the talent.
- Own the internal content team (Factory Manager, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, etc.); set tempo, culture, and daily standards of excellence; provide high-level artistic direction and final quality checks.
- Collaborate with Growth to treat content as a primary acquisition channel; develop assets designed to convert in ads; analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale successful concepts.
- Proven Content Builder: experience growing a media brand, You Tube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views); understanding virality and retention.
- Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and delivering high-quality video work.
- Elite Scripting
Skills:
ability to provide scripts that perform; strong narrative structure and hooks for long-form content. - Performance Fluency: experience producing content that drives business results (ads, launches, conversions).

- French:
Native / Bilingual - English:
Fluent; you can discuss specifics with English-speaking colleagues; written communication in English.
