3D Designer - Construction Industry; Arabic Speaking

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative 3D Designer to join our client design and construction team. The ideal candidate will produce visually compelling and technically precise 3D models, renderings, and animations to support architectural, interior, and engineering projects. The role demands strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in the latest 3D software tools to transform design concepts into realistic visuals that effectively communicate project intent.

• Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for architectural, interior, and structural projects, ensuring precision, scale accuracy, and aesthetic excellence.
• Prepare photorealistic visualizations and walkthrough animations to communicate design intent to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to convert 2D drawings, sketches, and concepts into accurate 3D representations.
• Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting effects using rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape) for lifelike project presentations.
• Enhance project presentations and proposals through creative visual storytelling and consistent brand alignment.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering within deadlines while maintaining high visual and technical quality standards.
• Review and revise 3D models based on design changes, client feedback, or engineering modifications.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, visualization technologies, and rendering techniques to ensure innovative output.
• Support marketing and business development teams with 3D visuals, mockups, and concept designs for proposals and tenders.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience as a 3D Designer, Visualizer, or similar role in construction, architecture, or interior design.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape
  , and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong artistic sense of color, light, texture, and composition with excellent 3D visualization skills.
• Project Knowledge: Understanding of design drawings, construction processes, and technical detailing to ensure visual accuracy.

• Language: Proficiency in Arabic preferred for client and consultant communication.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is preferable for project visits and client coordination.
