We are currently seeking a Draftsman with specialized experience in designing rails and full bathroom layouts to join our talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed drawings and plans for rails (e.g., stair rails, handrails) and full bathroom designs, ensuring accuracy, compliance with building codes, and client requirements.
  • Prepare architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), including layout, dimensions, materials, and finish details for bathrooms and rails.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure that designs are executed according to specifications and make necessary revisions when required.
  • Perform design checks and quality control on drawings to prevent errors and ensure consistency.
  • Assist in site assessments and provide technical support during the construction phase to ensure proper implementation of the drawings.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design integrity and resolve any potential issues during the construction phase.
  • Ensure compliance with ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) and other relevant accessibility regulations in all ramp and bathroom designs.

    • Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting with a focus on rails and full bathroom designs.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
