General Dentist - Private and Government Facilities
Search Plus HR is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our team, working in both private and government facilities. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care across various settings to meet the diverse needs of our patient population.
About the Role
As a General Dentist at Search Plus HR, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions while providing high-quality care in both private practices and government facilities. You will perform routine dental procedures, educate patients about oral health, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and malocclusion
- Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
- Conduct thorough oral examinations and screenings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Create and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Work collaboratively with dental specialists and healthcare providers in both private and government facilities
- Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in dentistry
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Active license to practice as a General Dentist
- Experience in providing dental services in both private and government settings is preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, oral health, and preventive care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patient populations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
