The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a dental setting, with familiarity in procedures such as extractions, fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges, and implants. Excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude towards patients, knowledge of sterilization techniques, and infection control protocols are essential.
