Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Handle customer calls, chats, emails, and service requests efficiently
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers and professionally address complaints
- Coordinate with internal departments, branches, customers, banks, and service providers to ensure prompt issue resolution.
