Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer‑centric Clients Relation Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive a seamless, professional, and supportive experience from their initial inquiry through the final transaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and excel at managing high volumes of customer interactions while working harmoniously within a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person visits, ensuring a warm, professional, and prompt response.
  • High‑Volume Handling:
    Efficiently manage a high volume of daily customer communications, prioritizing urgent matters and ensuring no client inquiry goes unanswered.
  • Proactive Follow‑ups:
    Execute consistent and timely follow‑ups with active, prospective, and past clients to maintain engagement, gather feedback, and assist them through their property journey.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work seamlessly and effectively with real estate agents, property managers, and administrative staff to coordinate property viewings, relay client feedback, and ensure all client requirements are met.
  • Database & CRM Management:
    Accurately update and maintain client records, interactions, and preferences within the company’s CRM system.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Address and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department head when necessary.
  • Administrative Support:
    Assist the broader team with preparing client‑facing documents, contracts, and promotional materials as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience:

    1‑3 years of proven experience in a client relations, customer service, or administrative role specifically within a real‑estate company (experience in the UAE/Abu Dhabi market is highly preferred).
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Volume Management:
    Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions and multi‑task effectively without compromising the quality of service.
  • Team Player:
    Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of collaborating effectively within a diverse team environment to achieve shared goals.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    High level of organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to following up with clients.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Familiarity with real‑estate CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard office equipment.
  • Attitude:
    Empathetic, patient, and highly resilient with a genuine passion for helping people find their ideal property solutions.
