Working Hours ( 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM) ( 3:00 PM- 12:00 AM) - 6 days a week.
You will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring all guests receive the highest level of service. The Receptionist for a Luxury Health Club provides excellent customer service to members and guests, manages phone calls, schedules appointments, handles financial transactions, and maintains a clean and organized reception area. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the health club
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide tours of the facility to potential members
- Schedule appointments for members and guests
- Assist members with questions and concerns
- Process new member applications and provide information on membership options
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with other duties as assigned
2-5 years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications include:High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
