Key Responsibilities
* Answer calls professionally within a prescribed time frame.
* Distribute telephonic or email inquiries from members and guests.
* Assist guests with restaurant or club day pass reservations.
* Maintain knowledge of club policies and procedures, including emergency protocols.
* Ensure established quality standards and work performance are maintained.
* Represent the club professionally in all telephone and email communications.## Requirements
* Caring and positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
* Hospitality mindset with a strong eye for detail.
* Good level of spoken and written English.
* Ability to handle a large volume of calls for reservations and inquiries.
