Our Abu Dhabi Internship Program is designed for students and young professionals who want to grow within the heart of the wedding and events industry while being part of a supportive, multicultural team. Whether your interests lie in wedding planning, beauty, photography, admin, or social media, this is a hands-on opportunity to learn how real weddings come to life from start to finish.

As a Wedding Planner Intern
, you’ll work alongside our senior planners to help organize, coordinate, and execute weddings of all kinds — from intimate ceremonies to large celebrations. You’ll assist with supplier coordination, client communication, and event-day logistics, learning how to turn a couple’s story into a perfectly orchestrated day.

For Makeup Artists and Photographers
, this internship gives you the chance to collaborate directly with our team during real weddings. You’ll gain valuable experience working with diverse clients, build your portfolio, and learn what it takes to deliver professional, high-quality service under real event conditions.

Our Admin Internship is the organizational backbone of it all. You’ll support daily operations, handle client documents, manage schedules, and assist with logistics to ensure that every event runs smoothly. It’s the ideal role for detail-oriented, proactive individuals who enjoy structure and teamwork.

Finally, the Marketing & Social Media Internship lets you tell the Easy Wedding story from behind the lens. You’ll help create engaging content, assist with social media campaigns, and capture moments from weddings and behind-the-scenes preparations. This role is perfect for someone creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about visual storytelling.

Across all departments, you’ll receive real mentorship, a clear learning plan, and exposure to every part of the wedding experience — from preparation to celebration. The program offers a modest allowance and the opportunity to grow into a permanent position for top performers.

We’re looking for energetic, curious, and presentable interns based in Abu Dhabi who are available for 3 to 6 months
, fluent in English (other languages are a plus), and ready to learn in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. A driving license is a strong advantage.

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Hospitality, Events, Business, Tourism, or related fields

Available for 3 to 6 months (longer preferred)

Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi — driving license is a strong advantage

Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

Positive, adaptable, and curious mindset — willing to help across departments

Excellent communication and organization skills

Presentable, reliable, and not afraid to interact with clients or vendors

Passion for weddings, hospitality, or operations is a big plus

Tailored learning path: structured 30/60/90-day development plan with real feedback and mentorship

Cross-department exposure: experience planning, coordination, admin, and client relations in one program
